The product distribution will be handled through a Europe based distribution centre.

Weihai Jinhong Polymer Co., Ltd, (http://www.jinhong.com.cn/eindex.aspx), a leading producer of Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE), is a subsidiary of the Weihai Jinhong Group, an industrial conglomerate specialized in the manufacturing of polymers, impact modifiers, hi-tech plastic additives and engineering plastics, located in Weihai City, Shandong Province, China.

In the 1st half of 2025 Weihai Jinhong Group is set to complete its USD 300 million joint venture investment in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China. The new state-of-the-art production complex will expand the Group´s production capacity of CPE, CPVC and PAC by 200.000 tons, 60.000 tons and 200.000 tons respectively, and will make the Weihai Jinhong Group the biggest and the most efficient manufacturer of Chlorinated Polyethylene in the world.

The distribution centre is set to be located in the heart of Europe and vastly benefit the CPE consumers all over Europe with short and flexible delivery times, cost efficiency and service reliability. The distribution cooperation between PolyNeo GmbH and Weihai Jinhong is intended to boost the Weihai Jinhong Groups´ sales of CPE in the European market.
